  • Quays along the coast of the Gulf of Guinea, Portuguese architecture, the ancient fort ‘São Sebastião’, built in 1566. The fort now houses a museum with sacred art and colonial artefacts.
  • Traditional lunch.
  • Visit to the "Sé Catedral de Nossa Senhora da Graça", built in the late 15th century by Captain Álvaro de Caminha.
  • Visit to the laboratory where the best chocolate in the world is produced by hand using a unique technology. Chocolate and coffee masterclass and tasting by world-famous chocolatier Claudio Corallo.
  • Return to the hotel.
  • Dinner in the restaurant.

  • Motorboat trip to the open ocean in search of dolphins.
  • Snorkelling and freediving near the Spanish shipwreck, where you can see a variety of tropical fish and shellfish and sometimes even turtles in their natural environment.
  • The picturesque ‘Blue Lagoon’ with centuries-old baobabs and azure waters. Here we will continue to observe the rich underwater world of São Tomé with sea urchins, corals and flocks of colourful fish.
  • On the uninhabited island ‘Ilhéu das Cabras’ we will climb the mountain to the lighthouse.
  • Return to the hotel.

  • A journey into the mountains awaits us. We will ascend to the picturesque neighbourhood of ‘Batepa’, where the revolution for the independence of Sao Tome and Principe started.
  • A trip to the ‘Monte Café’, an old coffee drying and cleaning factory.
  • Visit to the ‘Museu de Café’ where we will see the whole cycle from a small seedling to the finished coffee in your cup.
  • Traditional lunch at the coffee plantation ‘Roça Saudade’, birthplace of the poet ‘José de Almada Negreiros’, opportunity to visit an exclusive tea salon at an altitude of 800 metres.
  • Check-in at the hotel in the mountains.
  • Drive to the amazing waterfall ‘São Nicolau’, which is considered miraculous. A place that is famous throughout the country for its fabulous scenery and mysterious atmosphere.
  • Return to the hotel.
  • Dinner in the restaurant.

  • Breakfast at the hotel at an altitude of 800m.
  • Drive to the "Parque Natural Ôbo", National Reserve, home to over a hundred species of birds and butterflies and a variety of medicinal plants and trees.
  • Hike through the crater of the extinct volcano ‘Lagoa Amélia’, a place still completely unexplored by man.
  • Lunch high in the mountains at a local traditional restaurant in a coffee grove overlooking the town.
  • After lunch we continue our journey to the ‘Vale do Rio’ waterfalls, whose height and power is breathtaking.
  • Dinner in the mountains.

  • Breakfast at the hotel at an altitude of 800m.
  • We set off to the south of the island. On the way we get to know ‘Roça Água Izé’ a Portuguese manor house with an old hospital with a fantastic view of the bay.
  • We stop at the amazing rock formation in the ocean ‘Boca do Inferno’ (‘Devil's Throat’), to which the mystical legend of the island is linked.
  • After lunch on the ocean, we continue the trip, stopping at the most picturesque spots on the island for photos.
  • Palm wine tasting.
  • Check-in in the bungalow of the eco-hotel.
  • Relaxation on the beach.
  • Dinner with local specialities and the freshest fish.

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • By motorboat we will head towards a small island, ‘Ilhéu das Rolas is a paradise between two hemispheres. But the main attraction of the island is the Equator line. We'll stand with our feet in the different hemispheres and take photos to remember.
  • We will walk through a dense coconut grove to see the picturesque geyser ‘Whale's Breath’.
  • We will visit the picturesque beaches: ‘Escada’, ‘Juana’, and ‘Bateria’. Azure water, white sand, green palm trees - a real paradise on earth.
  • Lunch and swimming on the beach ‘Café’, and on the way back, we will see turtles in their natural habitat.
  • Return to the bungalow.
  • Dinner with traditional dishes and dancing.

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Walk through the jungle to the waterfall ‘Russo’, where we will refresh ourselves in the crystal clear, mountain waters.
  • Drive to the famous ‘Piscina’ beach, where a natural pool has formed in a rock formation, enveloped by golden sand and bright blue water.
  • While we relax, we will be cooking fresh fish with local side dishes.
  • After lunch, a visit to the Jale Natural Turtle Sanctuary. Here every night, giant sea turtles lay their eggs in the sand.
  • Return to the bungalow.
  • Dinner of fresh fish and seafood.

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • We drive to the river ‘Mionga’ where boats are waiting for us for a walk in the mangrove forests.
  • This is a habitat for animals and birds in a natural environment, and encountering monkeys is possible.
  • Lunch at a local restaurant with healthy and traditional food, with a beautiful view of the ocean.
  • Return to the bungalow.
  • Free time on the beach.
  • Dinner at the restaurant.

  • After breakfast, we're heading towards the capital of São Tomé. Along the way, we'll stop at several locations and for lunch at a secret place that will not leave you indifferent.
  • Return to São Tomé.
  • Purchase of gifts and souvenirs.
  • Transfer to the airport.
