1
1 DAY
  • Arrival on the island of Sao Tome.
  • We will meet you at the airport and take you to our accommodation.
  • Check-in, rest.
  • In the evening, we will have dinner together, get to know each other, hold a briefing and discuss plans for the coming days.

2 DAY
  • Early breakfast at 6 a.m.
  • Motorboat trip out to the open ocean to dive with whales.
  • Return to the hotel.
  • Lunch at a local restaurant.
  • Walk around the city of Sao Tome.
  • Visit to a chocolate factory. Chocolate and coffee master class from Claudio Carallo, an experienced chocolatier with over 48 years of experience and professor of gastronomic sciences (UNISG) at Pollenzo, an international university located in northern Italy. Tasting of the best chocolate in the world.
  • Visit architectural monuments and local attractions, one of which is the Cathedral of the Holy Virgin Mary, built in 1492-1493 by Captain Alvaro de Caminha.
  • Return to the hotel.
  • Dinner.

3 DAY
  • Early breakfast at 6 a.m.
  • We will take a motorboat out to the open ocean to swim with whales. After that, we will sail to the sunken Spanish ship ‘Pontа de Ouro’, where we will practise snorkelling in the open ocean, where you can see a variety of tropical fish and molluscs, and sometimes even turtles and dolphins.
  • Next, we will sail to the "Blue Lagoon", where we will see centuries-old baobab trees and also practise snorkelling and freediving.
  • After that, we will sail to the small uninhabited island of "Das Cabras", where we will climb the mountain to the old lighthouse.
  • Return to the hotel.
  • Dinner.

4 DAY
  • A trip to the mountains awaits us.
  • We will climb to the picturesque "Roça Batepa" area, where the revolution for the independence of Sao Tome and Príncipe began.
  • A trip to "Monte Café" to visit an old coffee drying and cleaning factory. We will visit the coffee museum, where we will see the entire cycle from a small seedling to the finished coffee in your cup.
  • We will have a traditional lunch at the "Roça Saudade" coffee plantation, the birthplace of the poet José de Almada Negreiros (with the possibility of visiting an exclusive tea room at an altitude of 800 metres).
  • Check-in at a hotel in the mountains.
  • Trip to the amazing "São Nicolau" waterfall, which is considered miraculous. A place famous throughout the country for its fabulous landscapes and mysterious atmosphere.

5 DAY
  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • We set off on a motorboat into the open ocean in search of whales and dolphins.
  • We head for the uninhabited island of Santana.
  • Snorkelling and freediving around the island, where you can see a variety of tropical fish and molluscs, and sometimes even turtles and dolphins.
  • Return to the hotel.
  • Lunch.
  • Free time.
  • Dinner.

6 DAY
  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Trip to the historic site of "Roça Agostinho Neto" with a visit to the local botanical garden.
  • Then we head to "Roça Anambo", the site of the first landing of the Portuguese who discovered the island of Sao Tome.
  • Next, we will visit "Roça Diogo Vaz", an organic cocoa plantation for chocolate production.
  • Lunch at Eco Lounge "Mucumbli".
  • At the end of the trip, we will take some great photos near the "Santa Catarina" tunnel.
  • Return to the hotel.
  • Dinner at a restaurant.

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Transfer to the airport, flight to Principe Island.
  • Check-in at the eco-lounge bungalows.
  • Lunch.
  • Walk around the island.

  • Our morning begins with breakfast at the hotel.
  • We set off on motorboats in search of whales on Principe Island.
  • After water activities, a traditional lunch will await us on the shore of "Boi" Beach.
  • Return to the city.
  • Dinner at a local restaurant.
  • Return to the hotel.

  • Early breakfast at 6 a.m.
  • We set off on motorboats in search of whales on Principe Island.
  • Return to the hotel.
  • Lunch at a local restaurant.
  • Excursion around Principe.
  • Dinner at a restaurant.

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Walk around the island.
  • Return to Sao Tome (flight to Sao Tome).
  • Check into the hotel.

  • Breakfast at the hotel at an altitude of 800m.
  • We set off to the south of the island. On the way we get to know ‘Roça Água Izé’ a Portuguese manor house with an old hospital with a fantastic view of the bay.
  • We stop at the amazing rock formation in the ocean ‘Boca do Inferno’ (‘Devil's Throat’), to which the mystical legend of the island is linked.
  • After lunch on the ocean, we continue the trip, stopping at the most picturesque spots on the island for photos.
  • Palm wine tasting.
  • Check-in in the bungalow of the eco-hotel.
  • Relaxation on the beach.
  • Dinner with local specialities and the freshest fish.
12
12 DAY
  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Take a motorboat out to the open ocean to dive with whales.
  • Next, we will head towards a small island "Ilhéu das Rolas" is a paradise between two hemispheres, where we will have lunch at "Café" on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean. The main attraction of the island is the Equator line. We will visit two different hemispheres at the same time and, of course, take photos to remember the moment.
  • We will walk through a dense coconut grove to see the picturesque geyser ‘Breath of the Whale’.
  • We will visit the picturesque beaches of "Escada, Juana and Bateria" - azure water, white sand, green palm trees - a true paradise on earth.
  • On the way back to the island of Sao Tome, weather permitting, we will see turtles in their natural habitat.
  • Return to the hotel.
  • Dinner with traditional dishes.

13 DAYS
  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Walk to "Russo" Waterfall.
  • We continue our journey to "Piscina" Beach.
  • Lunch at a local restaurant serving healthy and traditional food on "Piscina" Beach with a beautiful view of the ocean.
  • Next, we head to "Jale" Beach, where turtles come to lay their eggs.
  • Return to the bungalow.
  • Dinner of fresh fish and seafood.

14 DAY
  • Early breakfast at 6 a.m.
  • We set out on a motorboat into the open ocean in search of whales.
  • Lunch at a local restaurant serving healthy and traditional food on "Cabana" Beach with a beautiful view of the ocean.
  • Trip to "Vanha" Beach, where we will visit a vanilla plantation.
  • Return to the bungalow.
  • Dinner at a local restaurant.

15 DAY
  • Early breakfast at 6 a.m.
  • Our final motorboat trip out to the open ocean
  • to swim with whales.
  • Return to the bungalows.
  • Check out of the bungalows.
  • On the way, we will stop at several locations and have lunch at a secret spot that will leave a lasting impression.
  • Return to São Tomé.
  • Purchase of gifts and souvenirs.
  • Transfer to the airport.
